Ramble (ram’bl) vi. -bled, bling [var. of Middle English ramblen, frequentative of romen, to roam]

  1. 1.to roam about; esp., to walk or stroll about idly, without any special goal

  2. 2.to talk or write aimlessly, without connection of ideas

  3. 3.to grow or spread in all directions, as a vine
